What we collect on this website
Nothing. supgarden.be carries no analytics, advertising or tracking script, and we set no cookies. Our hosting partner keeps technical server logs needed to deliver and secure the site.
What we collect in the app
If you use the app without an account, your plan stays in your own browser's storage. It is not sent to us and we cannot see it.
If you look up a plot by address, that address goes to the open data services of the Flemish government to fetch the outlines. We do not store that address.
What we collect when you email us
Your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply, and we do not sell or share it.
How long we keep it
We keep email for as long as it is useful for following up your question or our customer relationship, and delete it afterwards.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Email info@supgarden.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Changes
When we add something that does collect data — an account, a payment, an analytics script — we will update this text before putting it into use.
